Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items:
Certain products like personal care items, hygiene products, or accessories may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process:

  1. Email us with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will verify and arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping.

  3. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5-7 business days after the item reaches us.

COD Refunds:
For COD orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.
